6 November 2024 (Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain): Al Areen Holding Company, the leading real estate company, has announced its joint participation with Khaleeji Bank in Cityscape Global Exhibition, which will be hosted by the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre between November 11-14, 2024, as part of the Bahrain Pavilion organised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), hosting a variety of development projects from the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Cityscape Riyadh is one of the most eminent real estate events in the region due to the wide participation of exhibitors and investors. This year’s edition will host over 400 exhibitors, 200 investors and 500 speakers who will engage in discussions and workshops of wide importance to the sector.
Al Areen Holding Company’s participation in the Bahrain Pavilion will showcase the Tilal Residential Project, which will be a landmark in the architectural and urban landscape of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The project spans a total area of 93,600 square metres, and consists of luxury villas and townhouses characterised by modern designs. The units are available in multiple options, including 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. The project will also include various modern entertainment facilities.

It is noteworthy that Al Areen project masterplan is a leading destination for residence, hospitality, entertainment and business, including a township of nearly 2 million square metres of land and 1.5 million square metres of built-up area, capable of accommodating approximately 25,000 people. The project is distinguished by its proximity to Al Areen Wildlife Reserve in the southern region of the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as the Bahrain International Circuit and Al Dana Amphitheatre.
